Step 7: Wind the strap end from above the kayak to the front and place

the buckle close to the kayak.Pass the other strap end through the

bottom of crossbar and then wind the end to its top to touch the

buckle. Push the end upward into the buckle and tighten the strap.

Step 8: Fix the second kayak in the same way.

Note: When racks are not in use, fold them down in the

flat position and lock. Remove straps and store in vehicle.
