Steps:
1.
Check all the components and fittings.
2.
Install base with plastic fittings(half
tighten
the bolts) .
3.
Connect all rubber legs in place to base(half tighten the bolts).
4.
Connect post to base tube with plastic fittings(half
tighten
the
bolts).
5.
Connect cross bars with plastic fittings(dead
tighten
the bolts).
6.
Deadlock all bolts and finish the installation.
7.
Make sure you dead lock the height before using it.
