Combination method:

Step 1. Install the wheels

Put the front and rear wheels into the corresponding mounting
holes of the Footwall, and install the wheels firmly in place.

Step 2. Install the rear bumper

Insert the guard bar into the mounting hole of the Footwall as shown
in the figure, and install it in place. Then fix it with screws.
