As described in
Section 8, attach the
mounting plate on
the wall or ceiling.
Use the screws and
anchors provided to
secure the mounting
plate.

The battery is installed inside the battery
housing. To activate the alarm, Pull the
red tab away from the battery housing.
The alarm will beep once indicating it
has been activated. See Figure 5.
