NOTE:
Most of the listed hardware has been packaged separately, but some of them have
been preinstalled in the identified assembly parts. In these instances, simply remove
and reinstall the hardware as assembly is required.
Please refer the individual steps for the installation and pay attention to the
preinstalled hardware.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
NOTE:
It is well suggested that two or more people to assemble this machine to
avoid any possible injury.
Remove all the security tape and wrapping before the installation.
Step 1
1. Lock the Main base frame (1) on the Weight frame (4) with Hexagon socket head screw (27), Flat
washer (25), Connecting board (6) and Nylon nut (26).
2. Lock the
Middle supporting frame
(3) on Main base frame (1) with Bolt (24), Flat washer (25) and
Nylon nut (26).
3. Lock the
Main seat support (2) to the Middle supporting frame
(3) and Main base frame (1) with
Bolt (24),
Hexagon socket head screw (33), Base plate (8),
Flat washer(25) and Nylon nut(26);
4. Lock the
Connective tube (58) to the
Weight frame (4) with the Bolt (59), Spacer (63), Flat
washer (14) and Nylon nut (61). (NOTE: the hole of the
Connective tube (58) has the different size,
please use the small hole to the hole of
Weight frame (4).
