STEP 4

1. Attach Long connection frame (10) to The sliding frame (4) and Fixed rack (8), Screw

M10x95 (39), Flat washer Ф10 (35), Lock nut M10 (36) and Side stiffener (29).

2. Attach Handle frame (11) to Fixed rack (8), using Screw M12x90 (47), Flat washer Ф12

(44) and Lock nut M12 (45).

3. Attach Steel cable 1 (31) to Rear sliding frame (19), using Screw M10x30 (51), Flat

washer Ф10 (35) and Lock nut M10 (36).

4. Attach Steel cable 2 (32) to Floor rack (1), using Screw M10x30 (51), Flat washer Ф10 (35)

and Lock nut M10 (36).

5. Attach Pulley frame (17) to Right sliding frame (18), using Screw M12x100 (50), Flat

washer Ф12 (44) and Lock nut M12 (45). The same as Left sliding frame (16).

6. Attach Short barbell rack (20) to Rear sliding frame (19).

7. Attach Long support frame (14) and Short support frame (15) to Front adjusting frame (6).
