Q: Where should I place my CORSAIR ONE?
A: We generally advise you to place your CORSAIR ONE in a space with minimum obstruction
of the side and top vents for maximum airflow.
Q: Do I need iCUE on my CORSAIR ONE?
A: While not required, we recommend having iCUE for optimal cooling performance.
Q: I downloaded the motherboard manufacturer’s BIOS but I’m unable to flash it.
Why can’t I update the BIOS?
A: We use a custom BIOS for all our systems. Please go to your respective products’ page on
CORSAIR.COM and download the BIOS there.
FAQ/TROUBLESHOOTING
Q: My CORSAIR ONE will not boot.
A: Use the Clear CMOS button on the rear of the computer.
Step 1: Disconnect the main AC power by either shutting off the power button on the back
of your power supply or simply pulling out the power cable.
Step 2: Wait a minute to be sure all the capacitors and coils have discharged. To be really
safe you can press the power button which will drain the capacitors for sure.
Step 3: Press the Clear CMOS button on the back of the I/O panel.
Step 4: Wait a minute to be sure the CMOS has been cleared.
Step 5: Restore power to the system.
Q: My CORSAIR ONE does not display a picture over HDMI or the image is choppy.
A: Check the connection between the CORSAIR ONE and your monitor or monitor(s). Also
ensure that your display is on the correct input. Finally, try connecting with a different
cable. To ensure the best quality image, use an HDMI cable certified for HDMI 2.0
operation at 18Gbps or higher.
Q: My CORSAIR ONE does not display a picture over DisplayPort.
A: Check the connection between the CORSAIR ONE and your monitor or monitor(s).
Also ensure that your display is on the correct input and the cable you are using is
DisplayPort certified.
Q: The Diagnostic Tool hangs.
A: Turn off any system scanning tools, including antivirus software, then open the Diagnostic
Tool again.
Q: Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth are not working.
A: Make sure that the antennas on the back of the unit are connected and fully screwed on.
If they are attached properly. Check available Wi-Fi networks being displayed in Windows
and that your sign-on credentials are accurate. If you still are not able to use Wi-Fi and/or
Bluetooth connectivity, contact CORSAIR customer support.
Q: One of the lightpipes on front of my CORSAIR ONE is blinking red while the other
is dark.
A: This indicates either a pump failure (left facing) or overheating (right facing). Please
contact customer service.
Q: Am I able to set a custom fan curve through iCUE?
A: You’re only able to set the minimum fan speed for your system in iCUE. If the temperature
requires a higher fan speed than configured, iCUE will override that setting.
Q: Can I install a 2
nd
NVMe drive if my system has an available slot?
A: Some of our systems has a 2
nd
available m.2 slot and you can install an NVMe drive. It is
possible that some drives may introduce thermal issues to your system if they do not meet
adequate requirements.
Q: I need to reinstall Windows. Do I need a new key?
A: No, the key is stored on your motherboard. The key will be loaded whether you install
Windows from the main boot drive or from a Windows Media Tool USB.
