Step 1:

Remove Button B as shown using a 1/16-inch Allen wrench (Figure 20).

NOTE:

Rotate the cleaver’s orientation to prevent the blade from falling out of the cleaver.

Step 2:

Remove the Blade Capture Block using a 1/16-inch Allen wrench (Figure 21).

Step 3:

Use tweezers to remove the Blade Assembly.

Step 4:

Slide out the Blade Pin (Figure 22). Locate the replacement blade assembly from the 
packaging and insert the Blade Pin into the new blade.

Step 5:

Using tweezers, place the new blade 
assembly into the cleaver with the 
blade facing toward the cleaver as 
shown in Figure 21.

NOTE:

Be careful not to damage the blade.

Step 6:

Replace the Blade Capture Block 
(Figure 21).

Step 7:

Replace Button B (Figure 20).

Step 8:

Clean blade per Section 8.2.
