How to refill the water tank
1) Before unplug the appliance power cord, turn the
ON/OFF switch to the “OFF” position.
2) Remove the water fill tank from the appliance and turn it upside down then unscrew the
valve cap.
3) Fill in the water tank. Fill the water to the full marking level then place the valve cap and
screwed it tightly.
4) Place the water fill tank on the water reservoir. You should hear water flowing into the water
reservoir for a short time.
NOTE: To get a longer lifetime of the steamer, it is recommend to using distilled
or de-mineralized water. This is to avoid the chlorine to be added to the
heating element of the appliance.
CAUTION: Do not let the steamer operate with an empty water tank, it can
damage the appliance.

A noise originates by
the pipe and the
produced steam is

reservoir).
Steam spray head is
leaked -The head is broken

Hooking connection of
steam pipe is leaked. -The cushion can be
damaged when it is old
-The junction interface
loosens by itself. -Replace the cushion.
-Rotate the junction of
steam pipe tightly.
Water spilled out
water tank -Water tank is broken or
has a hole -Replace the water tank
Steam is weak -The power source is
lower.
-The steam pipe is twisted.
-Add a stabilizer of
power source.
-Place the pipe in
straight position.
No steam but the
indicator is lighted -The heating element is
spoiled.
-The internal electric
component is broken. -Call a specialized
technician to do an
examination
