close to the signal source.

Keep the WA-AC600 / WA-AE600 and your router
within the operating range (For WA-AC600, the
tested operating range of 5G signal is about 16.4
feet and its best operating range is within 3.2 feet,
and the 2.4G signal is about 98 feet. For
WA-AE600, the tested operating range of 5G signal
is about 32 feet and its best operating range is 3.2
to 6.5 feet, and the 2.4G signal is about 131 feet).
