Install Moving Frame Assembly from previous step onto Main Frame

1. Install Fasteners (DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN YET)
2. Slide scrap of cardboard (cut from outer packaging of the HAWM) under each end of Moving Frame
3. Fully tighten all fasteners and remove cardboard
