Instructions
How to use:
Insert the mains plug into a power socket and switch on at the socket. A ‘’beep’’ will sound and a
red light will flash above the ON/OFF standby button, to indicate that power is applied.
Add contents for heating to suitable cookware and place within the centre of the heating zone.
Press the ON/OFF standby button. A ‘’beep’’ will sound and the multifunction display will show - -
- -, to indicate that the hob is in standby. Only the ON/OFF standby button and the temperature
controls are enabled.
With the power in standby mode as above, press the Power button. The light above the power
button will now glow red and the multifunction display will show 1600.
You can press the up control and down control to adjust the working power from 300W up to
2000W. There are 8 power levels which are:

300W
- 1400W
-
600W
- 1600W
-
900W
- 1800W
-
1200W
- 2000W
Press the temperature button, the red light above the temperature button will then come on and
the multifunction display will show 150. By pressing the up control and down control you can
adjust the temperature from 60°C up to 240°C. The plate has 8 different temperature levels which
are:

60°C
- 180°C
-
90°C
- 200°C
-
120°C
- 220°C
-
150°C
- 240°C

To set the cooking time, press the timer button. The multifunction display will show 00:30 and
flash for 5 seconds. During this time you can set the time.
To set the time in minutes between 31-59 press the up button.
Once you have selected the cooking time needed the time will flash for 5 seconds and then start
working according to the time set.
To set the time in hours and minutes press the down button to select the hours and the up button
for the number of minutes. You can set the hours between 1 and 2.59 hours.
Once you have selected the cooking time needed the time will flash for 5 seconds and then start
working according to the time set.
When you have finished cooking, press the ON/OFF standby button. Wait until you hear the
cooling fan stop, then disconnect from the mains. DO NOT touch the heating plate until the unit
has completely cooled.
