If your device has a built-in battery, you should pay attention to it during long-term storage:

Do not twist or bend the power cord excessively. This may cause a short circuit!
Do not share too many electrical appliances with this product. Pay special attention to all your
equipment, the total power must not exceed the power that the socket can withstand.
When inserting the power cord plug into the socket, hold the power cord plug with your hand.
Please avoid entanglement of power cord with various wires. In addition, keep away from children.

1. 开不了机:
a. 电池电量已耗尽,请尽快将音箱拿去充电;
b. 接上适配器,查看适配器指示灯是否会亮,排除适配器故障所导致的充不进电问题;
c. 若问题依然没有解决请联系客服或代理商;
2.U 盘不能播放音乐:
a.U 盘容量过大 , 建议使用 32G 以下的 U 盘;
b.U 盘格式不正确,将 U 盘进行格式化,格式形式为‘ FAT32';
c.U 盘本身问题,建议换一个 U 盘试试;
d. 若问题依然没有解决请联系客服或代理商;
3. 蓝牙无法连接:
a. 查看蓝牙是否能正常开启（指示灯闪烁，并伴随有提示音）;
b. 若蓝牙指示灯闪烁之后再常亮，则可能是蓝牙已被其他设备连接了;
c. 可能是手机等设备的问题,建议换一台手机试试看能否顺利连接蓝牙;
d. 若问题依然没有解决请联系客服或代理商;
4. 电池问题:
a. 音箱续航能力变差:则电池可能因长期处于空电状态而受损 ; (建议每次存放前先充满电)
b. 音箱充不进电:排除适配器问题,若适配器的指示灯不亮,则适配器已损坏;
c. 若问题依然没有解决请联系客服或代理商;
5. 音箱不会响:
a. 音箱的静音开关是否已被打开( AMP MUTE );
b .请先检查对应通道的音量旋钮 以及总音量旋钮 是否已打开; （ GAIN ） （ VOLUME）
c. 每个通道逐一尝试，看是否为某个音频通道故障;
d. 检查所接入的音源设备是否有正常工作(麦克风、吉他、手机等)；
e .若问题依然没有解决请联系客服或代理商;
6. 音箱噪声大:
a .尝试把所有的外接设备拔出，包括各种乐器设备以及适配器；
b .检查是否为音箱周围其他设备产生的电磁干扰所导致；
c .若问题依然没有解决请联系客服或代理商;
