Using Your Trivet & Pan Divider

The Cook’s Companion® Trivet and Pan Divider can be used to set hot pans on or as a
divider for storing to help protect your pans.

To use, simply choose which size trivet to use and place it onto a dry, flat surface, and
set your cooking vessel onto the trivet. We recommend using 1 large and 1 small
trivet when using large pots or pans.

Your trivets do not replace using oven mitts or potholders, and should not be used as
a means to transfer hot cookware. Your trivets are only intended to be used as a
protector between the table or counter surface and your pan; unless being used as a
pan divider to protect your pans when storing.
