Always make sure the cutting board is fully dry before storing.

Be cautious when handling the cutting board and/or using the carving spikes, as the
spikes are sharp.

While the non-slip grip will help to avoid the cutting board slipping, please always
make sure the cutting board is on a dry area and always use caution when using
sharp objects.

When using the spice mincer, ensure the removable compost tray is attached to the
cutting board properly.
Using Your Multi-Function Cutting Board

The Removable Compost Tray easily attaches and detaches from the cutting board,
allowing you to push scraps off of the cutting area and onto the tray to easily dispose
left over food.

To remove the tray, hold onto the non-slip grip with one hand and the tray with the
other. Slide the tray off of the cutting board by gently pulling the tray to the right or
away from the cutting area.
♦
To place the tray back onto the cutting board, line up the lip on the inner bottom of
the tray to the lip insert on the cutting board. Slide the tray onto the cutting board,
ensuring the top-notch insert on the upper left of the tray lines up with the notch on
the cutting board.
