A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over
a longer cord. Extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use:

The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product;

If the product is of the grounding type, the extension cord must be a grounding-type
3-wire cord;

Arrange the longer cord so that it will not drape over a countertop or tabletop where it can
be tripped over, snagged, or pulled on unintentionally (especially by children).

El aparato viene con un cordón corto con el fin de reducir el riesgo de que alguien se
tropiece o se enrede con un cordón más largo. Se puede utilizar cables de extensión si se
hace con el debido cuidado:
- La resistencia eléctrica debe ser por lo menos igual a la del producto.
- Si el producto cuenta con conexión a tierra, el cable de extensión debe contener tres
alambres con salida a tierra.
- Acomode el cordón más largo de manera que no cuelgue del borde de la mesa o
repostero de cocina en donde alguien pueda tropezarse, enredarse o tirar de él ac-
cidentalmente (especialmente niños).
