● Check that your area is covered by DTV broadcast.
● Check if channels are not blocked by the "Block
program" settings.
● Perform the checks to be carried out in case of poor
picture quality.
The USB device does not work.
● Check the USB connection.
● The USB device is not formatted.
● Make sure that the USB device is compatible and that
the multimedia data formats can be read.
The TV turns itself off.
● Check if the "Standby timer" and "Automatic standby"
settings are not enabled in the Time menu.
● If the TV is used as a PC monitor, check the PC power
and standby settings.
Coloured dots appear on the
screen.
● Although the LED screen is manufactured with high
precision technology, black or coloured dots (red, blue or
green) may appear: This is a structural property of the
screen and not a malfunction.
