11. Other Functions
a) Setting Volume at the Outdoor Unit
On the back of the outdoor unit, there is a small control for the settings (see chapter 6. b,
item 19).
It can be used to set the volume of the speakers in the outdoor unit.
Turn to the right:
Increase the volume
Turn to the left:
Decreasing the volume
Use a small screw driver to adjust the setting control. Do not use any force when turning it!
b) Setting Switch-on Duration of the Relay
Use the slider (18) on the back of the outdoor unit to change the switching duration of the relay.
Push upwards towards “ON”:
Switch-on duration = 1 second
Push downwards:
Switch-on duration = 5 seconds
If a valid access card is held in front of the sensor area (13), the relay is activated for the time
set and e.g. a door opener is switched with it.
c) Setting Ringing Volume at the Indoor Unit
On the left of the indoor unit, there is a small slider (see chapter 6. b, item 10) to set the ringing
volume.
Push upwards:
Higher volume
Push downwards:
Lower volume
d) Sabotage Alarm
If the casing in the outdoor unit is opened, the switch (23) is activated and an alarm signal is
given out.
