c) Setting the recording intervals
You can automatically save the values of your workout at specifi c intervals. For this purpose, proceed
as follows:
• The pulse watch must display the main display of one of the four modes (Compass, Time, Workout,
Navigation mode). It must not display a sub-menu for settings.
• Hold down the ‘MODE’ (2) key for 3 seconds until ‘Menu:’ is displayed.

With the ‘ST. / STP’ (3) and ‘LAP / RESET’ (5) keys select the individual menu items,
with the ‘VIEW’ (4) key you can go to the respective sub-menus or change the status
of the respective setting. With the ‘MODE’ (3) key, return to the previous menu.
• Select ‘Menu:’ → ‘Workout’ → ‘TrackLog’.
• Press the ‘ST. / STP’ (3) and ‘LAP / RESET’ (5) keys to select the time interval.
d) Setting the user profi le
To determine some display values (e.g. calories consumed), your date of birth, gender and weight are
saved in a user profi le. For this purpose, proceed as follows:
• The pulse watch must display the main display of one of the four modes (Compass, Time, Workout,
Navigation mode). It must not display a sub-menu for settings.
• Hold down the ‘MODE’ (2) key for 3 seconds until ‘Menu:’ is displayed.

‘Gender’
Select your gender (Male, Female) with the ‘ST. / STP’ (3) or ‘LAP / RESET’ (5) keys.
‘BirthDate’
Press the ‘VIEW’ (4) key to change between year, month and day. With the ‘ST. / STP’ (3) and
‘LAP / RESET’ (5) keys, the corresponding values can change.
Press the ‘MODE’ (3) key to save your date of birth.
