Daily Checklist CARBON 28TE
BEFORE USE ( The machine is not to be used unless you are trained).
1. Ensure the operator has read and understood operator manual and watched the operator
training and daily maintenance video
2.
Fit blue cleaning pad to scrub deck. Ensure pad is in good condition and more than 12mm thick.
Always use genuine Conquest Tomcat blue pads (EDGE-4052)
3.
Check squeegee is clean and squeegee blades are in good condition. Rotate if required – report
to Service Support if any issues
4.
Fill solution tank with water and chemical as required
Always use machine in accord with the instruction on the complete operator manual or as outlined in
the training video.
AFTER USE
5. Empty recovery dirty water tank, flushing with fresh water
6. Empty out drain saver filter
7. Check all hoses for damage or wear
8. Check batteries are free of corrosion and there is no fluid visible
9. Check battery AC power lead is in good condition and remains plugged into the seal socket at all
times

Plug unit in to power to charge - only when the battery indicator on the front screen is down to
2 bars
11.
Clean down all tanks and wipe seals clean
12. Empty fresh water solution tank when chemical in machines at end of each shift
13. Check scrub deck for signs of wear, noisy bearings or damage. Report if any issues or concerns.
14. Remove blue pad from machine. Do not leave on machine after use
WEEKLY: (Thursday)
15. Check and clean fresh water filter
16. Complete battery maintenance as below.
**Ensure batteries are properly and fully charged before performing battery maintenance.
BATTERY MAINTENANCE
17. Fill the batteries with fluid by attaching the hand pump to the quick release fitting, drop the
pipe end into a drum/bucket of water and lightly pump the hand pump until the pump bulb becomes
tight and all batteries are at the correct levels.

Disconnect hand pump replacing rubber cap. Note never leave the hand pump attached to the
battery fill pipe, disconnect and store separately
Caution: Use protective gloves and safety glasses to minimise the risk of injury when working
with lead acid batteries.
