The basic functionality procedure is as following:
Sigfox cloud sends device
data as callback to receiving
data platform. IE. FoxerIoT

Receiving data platform will
request geolocation service for
location based on wifi MAC
addresses and RSSI:s

Geolocation API responds with
coordinates and position
observation is made

Ranger wakes up and reads its
movement registry. Movement
was found during last hour.

Ranger scans surrounding
wifi networks
2.
Ranger sends three best wifi
MAC addresses and RSSI
values to Sigfox network
