Typical Installation
1.
Ensure all external system power supplies are off.
2.
Install the Mini-PCIe Module(s) into the Mini-PCIe Carrier. Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s directions
for proper installation of mounting hardware, heatsink/heatspreader, and any other applicable requirements
from the manufacturer.
3.
Install the Mini-PCIe Carrier with Modules into the PCIe/104 System Stack.
4.
Switch ON the Power Supply to the PCIe/104 System Stack. DO NOT power up your system by plugging
in live power. DO NOT connect the Mini-PCIe Carrier into a live PCIe/104 System Stack.
