Heatspreader Dimension
Note
All measurements are in millimeters. Torque specification for the screws is 0.6 Nm. Mechanical system assembly mounting shall follow the
valid DIN/IS0 specifications.
Caution
When using the heatspreader in a high shock and/or vibration environment, congatec recommends the use of a thread-locking fluid on the
cooling solution screws to ensure the above mentioned torque specification is maintained.
