8.4.3 Removing and Installing the UV Assembly
Removal
Remove the UV assembly as follows. Refer to Figure 18 below .
1.
Remove the water reservoir from the humidifier . Refer to "Cleaning, Removing, and Installing the Water
Reservoir" on page 45 .
2.
Disconnect both water hoses.
3.
Remove the two screws that secure the UV assembly to the cabinet.
4.
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the ballast if necessary.
Installation
Install the UV assembly as follows. Refer to
Figure 18 below
.
1.
Connect the electrical connectors to the ballast.
2.
Install the UV assembly and secure it to the cabinet with the two screws.
3.
Connect both water hoses.
4.
Install the water reservoir. Refer to "Cleaning, Removing, and Installing the Water Reservoir" on page 45 .
