PROTECTING YOUR FILES
You can protect important files from being accidentally erased.
1. Press
to view the captured photo or video clip.
The last recorded image or video clip appears on the LCD monitor.
2. Press or button to search for the file to be protected.
3. Press
button to protect the image. The protect icon (
) appears
on the LCD monitor for all protected images.
To remove the protection, follow the steps 1 to 3 above to remove protection.
When the file is un-protected, the protect icon (
) will disappear.

COPYING FILES
The camera allows you to copy all files from the camera’s internal memory to an SD card or from an SD card
to the internal memory (if free memory space is enough).
1. Press the
button to enter Review mode
2. Press the
MENU
button.
3. Press the
or
to select
Copy card
.
4. Press
OK
to enter its submenu.
5. Press the or to select copy direction: from internal memory (
)
to SD card (
), or in reverse direction.
6. Press the
OK
button to confirm.
7. Press the
MENU
button to close the menu window.
Note:
When the free memory is not enough to hold the transferred files, the remaining files will be kept at
their original place.
