KNEADING
WARNING!
Prior to any cleaning or change of the extensions, make sure the speed regulator (10) is in the OFF position and the
power cord is disconnected from the socket.
1. Put the unit on a stable surface.
2. Mount the work bowl (2) to the body of the unit (1) so that the handle points
backwards. Fasten the work bowl by turning it.
3. Mount the drive shaft (3).

be pressed.
8. Connect the feed cord to the socket.

11. Open the lid of the bowl, remove the kneading blade and use a spatula to
clean the blade.

• During massive loads do not let the appliance run continuously for longer
than 1 minute.
• Leave the tamper (6) inserted in the lid of the bowl to provide better safety.
• Do not switch the unit on when finished, kneaded dough is inside, as it may
cause strong vibrations of the unit.
