CONFECTIONERY PREPARATION
Assembly of the Confectionery Preparation Tool
1. Insert the screw in the grinder body.
2. Mount the extrusion disk and confectionery tool sleeve on the screw axis.
3. Make sure the safety notch of the hole plate interlocks with the pin on the grinder body.
4. Tighten the screw nut.
5. Attach the assembled grinder body to the motor unit. Push the grinder body to the motor body at an angle of 45°.
Turn the grinder body counter-clockwise until you hear a click. Check to see that the extension is correctly fixed, and
cannot be loosened or taken out without using the safety pin.
6. Check if the grinder nut is tight.
7. Mount the tray on the grinder mouth
8. Insert the confectionery preparation tool with various profiles into the nut.
9. After use turn off the machine by pushing the switch button again, and unplug from the mains.
10. To release the extension from its holder, press the safety pin and simultaneously turn clockwise to release the
extension.
11. Loosen the grinder nut to disassemble the extension.
VEGETABLE CUTTING OR GRATING FUNCTION
Vegetable Grinding or Cutting Extension Assembly
Large set:
1. Select the required cutting or grating extension, insert it in the grating extension body, and secure with the nut.
Small set:
Select the required cutting or grating extension, and insert it in the grating extension body. It will be held in place
during operation due to the pressure of the grated food.
Grating or Cutting Vegetables
1. Attach the assembled extension to the motor unit by pushing it at an angle of 45°. Turn the grinder body counter-
clockwise until you hear a click. Check to see that the extension is correctly fixed, and cannot be loosened or taken
out without using the safety pin.
2. Place the tray for collecting food under the grating extension.
3. Thaw frozen food first. Cut the food into pieces of approximately 2 x 2 x 10 cm.
4. Push the button to operate the unit.
5. Insert a small amount of the food to be processed into the opening, and move it inside gently using the tamper.
Do not use force on the tamper to prevent the machine from overloading.
6. After use turn off the machine by pushing the switch button again, and unplug from the mains.
7. To release the extension from its holder, press the safety pin and simultaneously turn clockwise to release the
extension.
