Assigning Addresses
4.7. Assigning Addresses
The following procedure describes how to assign the IP address to the device.
These are the requirements for assigning addresses:

The PROFINET CbA components have been inserted into the project. See
CbA Component into a SIMATIC iMap Project
.

The IP address and subnet mask for the devices are known and assigned. See the
for procedures.
4.7.1. Procedure
1.
If necessary, select the device in the
Net View
screen.
2.
Select
Edit > Properties....
3.
Click the
Addresses
tab and enter the IP address and subnet mask for the device.

match the IP address and
subnet mask for the target
