NOTICE: Before you install the driver on your computer, please do not connect
the Comsol USB Infrared Adapter to your computer.
6.1 Windows

98 Driver Installation
Follow the steps below to install the driver for Comsol USB Infrared Adapter :
6.1.1 Power on the computers that you will use to connect the Comsol USB
Infrared Adapter and make sure the USB port is enabled and working
properly.
6.1.2 Put the driver CD into the CD-ROM and run the D:\ Infrared UIR-
120\Drivers\WINDOWS\SETUP.EXE.
6.1.3 The dialog box will appear as below, click “NEXT” to continue.
6.1.4 You can choose the destination folder that you want to install or use the
default setting (C:\WINDOWS\USB-IrDA) .
6.1.5 The InstallShield Wizard will install the driver on your system.
6.1.6 When the dialog box appears as below, plug the
Comsol USB Infrared
Adapter into the USB port.
