BASIC WEIGHING AND TOTALISING
The COMPULOAD CL6000 is designed to weigh a sea container when lifted by a Reach Stacker.
This system has been setup to weigh in Dynamic Weighing Method (as the load is lowered). The
COMPULOAD CL6000 has been calibrated using Lift Speed Compensation mode. This means
that the CL6000 will weigh the load accurately at a wide range of boom lower speeds. If the
operator lowers either to fast or to slow as to cause an inaccurate weight, the Compuload
system will not allow the lift and display “Lift Speed Error”.
The CL6000 will weigh the container
as the magnet is lowered

the speed sensor.
