Tighten 3/8” x1/2” set screws on the top 

sleeve of the ladder (2 set screws)  

Slide  

½” x 2 ¾” bolt 

through the two 

holes and secure 

with the 3/8” 

nyloc jam nut. 

Insert 3/8” x 3/8” and 

3/8” x ¼” set screw 
and tighten to help 

secure the 3

rd

 leg in 

place.
