Universal portable battery charger 6 / 12V 8A,
power supply 220V. In order to ensure safe and
proper use of the battery charger, read this
manual carefully.
Types of accumulators:
This battery charger is designed to charge lead-
acid batteries only, it can not be used to charge
other accumulators.
Notice:
Avoid contact of skin or clothing with electrolyte, it
is strongly acidic fluid that can cause burns. In the
event of skin, or clothes contamination, the
affected area must be immediately rinsed under
running water. Dangerous vapors are released
during charging of the battery. It is forbidden to
use open fire in the vicinity of the battery, and
make sure that the room is well ventilated during
charging of the battery. Before charging the
battery, it is necessary to loosen the shutters of
individual cells. Designed for indoor use only.
Storage:
Always store the battery charger in dry place to
prevent damaging of the transformer with
dampness. The battery charger was designed
exclusively for indoor use. If the chargers power
cable is damaged, do not use the charger any
more. Service repair is needed.
Notice:
- Carefully read the operating instructions.
- Only for lead-acid accumulators charging.
- Always connect the battery first and then the
charger to the 220 V network.
- Explosive gases - Do not use open fire when
handling.
- Ensure good ventilation during charging.
- Do not smoke while charging.
- For indoor use only.
- Protect from moisture. Protect from children.
- Do not open the charger. Do not cut cables.
- If the charger body or cable is broken, the
product cannot be used.
- Pay attention for safe work, when using the
apliance - risk of electric shock - current.
Instructions for use:
Before charging, remove the battery from the
vehicle. Remove the battery caps and check the
electrolyte level. If necessary, add distilled water
(according to the documentation on the rechar-
geable battery). To prevent acid splatter during
charging, place the caps in their position (but do
not screw them on). Adjust the charger values
according to the type of battery (6 / 12V). Set the
charge rate:
- gentle charging (
recommended

- fast charging
Connect the red terminal to the + pole of the
battery, black to the - pole. Plug the power cord
into the power supply, the charger will start
charging the battery. The status of the charging is
shown via the lights on the charger.
empty battery:
all lights are lit
partially charged battery:
MAX, 100%, 75%, 50% are lit (depen-
ding on the battery charge)
charged battery:
MAX or 100%, or both are lit (at the
maximum capacity of battery)
First disconnect the power cord from the socket,
then disconnect the charger from the battery.
Thoroughly tighten the battery plugs.
Car Baterry Maintenance:
It is important to keep the battery in a well-
charged state throughout the year, especially in
the winter months. In winter, because of the cold,
the performance of the battery decreases, so it is
necessary in this period for the battery to be in the
fully charged state. Before reassembling the
battery, clean the contacts.
