After operating the inverter some parts may
still remain energized for a while
!
Do not use the inverter if the cover or cables
are damaged
!
Do not expose the inverter to direct sunlight
or heat radiation
!
The inverter must be positioned so that it
can not fall anywhere
!
The inverter must be placed in a safe place
away from children
!
The inverter must not be used in a damp or
wet environment - protect it from moisture
!
The cooling holes must always remain
uncovered
!
Ensure perfect ventilation
!
Use grommets and bushings if cables are
routed through other objects
!
Do not place cables freely or in sharp bends
on electrically conductive materials
!
Do not pull on the cables
!
Do not place 230 V leads and 12 V cables
together into one line
!
Cable cross-section and insulation must be
observed occasionally
!
Firmly fasten the cables
!
Route the cables so they can not move and
damage themselves
!
The inverter operates at 230V, so it is
essential to comply with all safety regulati-
ons
!
The inverter must not be placed in direct
sunlight or in rooms with a temperature
exceeding 40°C
!
If the inverter is not running, disconnect it
from the power supply to prevent the battery
from discharging
!
Checking the output voltage measurement
is possible with a modified sine wave of the
voltage curve only with a voltmeter that
measures the effective value
!
Never leave the inverter unattended
!
If you do not use the inverter, disconnect it
from the 12 V power supply to prevent the
battery from running out
Beware of installation on the ship:
Incorrect
line installation can cause ship corrosion.
Therefore, use new line to the inverter.
Using the inverter:
The inverter can be used
where 12V = power are available. Beware, the
output voltage is not sinusoidal, so taht the
thermal overload can often occur. For maximum
continuous performance, see the technical
data.
Caution:
Do not connect devices with higher
power than specified on the inverter label!
Some appliances (fridges, drills, etc.) have
higher power at start time than indicated on the
nameplate! The voltage can be measured only
by an analog meter - the voltage has a rectan-
gular waveform!
Before connecting the inverter, check the value
and polarity of the voltage to which the inverter
will be connected as well as the values of the
connected appliances. Reverse polarity or
chopping of the input voltage can cause
damage to the inverter or connected equipmen-
t!
If the length of the cables are insufficient, an
extension cable may be used, but only from the
inverter to the appliance. Extending the input
cables could cause voltage drops and improper
inverter operation. Always switch on the
appliance after the inverter is turned on.
Built-in protection:
The inverter has several
built-in protection against unwanted conditions.
