The device is not running

Check if the unit is on
•
Check the power supply (test another power supply, such as another vehicle or power outlet)
•
Check that the plug is securely connected
•
Check the fuse for damage
Low cooling performance
•
Too many products have been inserted into the machine
•
The product is too hot in the machine
•
Lid is unlocked / open
•
The lid seal is damaged
•
Problems resulting from poor ventilation (secure at least 100 mm of space all around)
•
The ambient temperature is too high
•
The temperature setting is too high
There is a sound of running water inside the unit

A normal phenomenon caused by refrigerant circulation in the unit.

Error messages
F1 code
- Active battery protection, you can set lower protection level, be aware of battery charge
status, when using in car.
F2 code
- Ventilation system overload protection. Turn off device, wait about 30 mins, then restart.

F3 code
- Compressor frequent start protection. Turn off device, wait about 30 mins, then restart. If
code persist, contact your reseller about your problem.
F4 code
- Compressor is overloaded, or working at low speed. Turn off device, wait about 30 mins,
then restart. If code persist, contact your reseller about your problem.
F5 code
- Compressor high temperature protection. Turn off device, place it in well ventilated area,
wait about 30 mins, then restart. If code persist, contact your reseller about your problem.
F6 code
- Control unit fault. Restart unit. If code persist, contact your reseller about your problem.
F7/F8 codes
- Temperature sensor fault. Restart unit. If code persist, contact your reseller about
your problem.
