Installing and Cabling the System 

6. 

Compress the spring-loaded rack rail toward the rear of the rack (1).  

7. 

Using the marks you made when measuring with the template, align the front of 
the right rail with the holes and release the rail, allowing it to lock into 
position (2).

Engage the locking gear (3).

CAUTION:

  Rack rails must be installed as tightly as possible. Failure to obtain a 

correct fit may result in damage to equipment. 

Once the right rack rail is properly installed, begin installation of the left rack rail.
