Trolley Jacks
Important: Read and understand this manual before use!
Mounting:
Loosen the thumbscrew on the side of the fork handle. Insert the handle and tighten the thumbscrew by hand
till it catches the groove in the handle.
Operating instructions:
Lifting a load:
Lifting the saddle to working height:
Using the foot pedal quickly brings the lifting saddle, in position under the load.
Lifting a load:
When the saddle has reach the load / lifting point, use the pump handle as shown in (Fig. 1).
Please Note! The pump handle may only be used pumping, from an angle of 45
0
and down.
This is done to prevent damaging the pump and to achieve the most ergonomically correct way of working.
Warning! If the above instructions are not followed properly, it may lead to damaging the pump.
When the jack is overloaded, the excess- pressure valve opens and the vehicle cannot be lifted.
Lowering:
Lift and turn the handle. The lowering speed can be controlled by turning the handle slowly.
