Select the desired aiming angle, then insert 3/8 in. spring washer (LL) and 3/8 in. center bolt 
(KK) through slipfitter (C) side B and into slipfitter  (C) side A. 

Tighten 3/8 in. center bolt (KK) to 20 ft-lb of torque. (fig 30)
