TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubleshoot your problem by using the chart below. If the steam iron still does
not work properly, contact W Appliance Co. customer service center or the nearest
authorized service center. Customers must never troubleshoot internal components.

The soap dispenser is not
dispensing soap.
A. The batteries may need
to be replaced.
B. There may be a clog in
the nozzle.
A. Install (4) size “AAA”
alkaline batteries.

If fresh batteries are
installed, make sure the
terminals are facing the
correct way,
B. Clean the nozzle by
running the nozzle
under warm running
water. Do not saturate
the body or base of the
unit.
