Configure the Commend SIP Intercom Terminal for the CyberGate service

CyberTwice

Secure communication over SIP-TLS

If a secure connection to CyberGate is desired, modify the configuration as follows:

Navigate to the menu SIP-SIP.

Provide the following information:

SIP Servers
Transport Portocol

TLS

RTP Mode

SRTP Only

Click Save when done.

Navigate to the menu SIP-Certificates.

Download the CA Root Certificate on the CyberTwice support site using the following URL:
https://support.cybertwice.com/knowledgebase.php?article=36

At ‘SIP CA Certificates’, click Add Certificate

Add Certificate
Identification

Describe the certificate (in this example ‘System CAs’)

CA Certificate

upload the CA Root Certificate

Click OK to upload the certificate to the Commend.
