4. Introduction
You have bought a COMM-TEC product, developed and manufactured in Germany,
which grants a trouble-free operation for many years.
Many requests of customers were considered during development, and we hope that
you will be satisfied with the features and the audio/video quality as well.
4.1 First Connection
Right after the ProTUNE is being switched on, using the power switch on the rear
panel, the following information will be displayed:

On the left side of the first line, the selected mode is indicated (FM /TV). In the
center of the display, you will find the last program store selected (P01). IF RDS data
is being received, 8 digits of the program name are indicated on the display
([PROG.__ 1]). On the right side, the FM – radio frequency or the selected channel
of the TV-mode is indicated. The last figure stands for Stereo (S) or Mono (M). The
