Riser LED indication

When connecting the cables to the riser and the edge-riser sockets, pay 

attention to the LED indication on both riser and edge-riser:

Riser

Green — power on (1)

Green — X8 mode OK (2)

Green — X16 mode OК (3)

Edge-Riser

Green — X8 mode OK (1)

Green — X16 mode OK (2)
