POLARIZED PLUG                                                                                                                   

 

NOTE: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To 

reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only 

one way.   

If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug and try again. If it still does 

not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature. 

 

POWER CORD SAFETY TIPS                                                                                               

 

1.

 

Never pull or yank on the cord or the appliance. 

2.

 

To insert plug, grasp it firmly and guide it into outlet. 

3.

 

To disconnect appliance, grasp plug and remove it from outlet. 

4.

 

Before each use, inspect the line cord for cuts and/or abrasion marks. 

5.

 

Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this could place undue stress 

on the cord where it enters the appliance and cause it to fray and break. 

DO NOT OPERATE APPLIANCE IF THE LINE CORD SHOWS ANY 

DAMAGE, OR IF APPLIANCE WORKS INTERMITTENTLY OR STOPS 

WORKING ENTIRELY. 

IMPORTANT

During the first few minutes of initial use, you may notice a slight 

odor. This is normal and will quickly disappear 

 

  OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS                                                                                             

 

1.

 

Set your fan on a level dry surface. 

2.

 

Plug the power cord into a polarized 120V AC wall outlet. 

3.

 

Adjust the fan head to your desired angle.

 

4.

 

To operate your fan, turn the control knob to “

-

”(on). 

 

USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS                                                                         

 

1.

 

Turn the control to “O”(off) and UNPLUG THE FAN BEFORE CLEANING. 

2.

 

Use only a soft damp cloth to clean the fan. 

3.

 

DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip into the motor 

housing. 

4.

 

DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan. 

5.

 

Store the fan in its original box or cover the fan to protect it from dust. Store it in a 

cool dry place.
