Unscrew the filling cap (part 2), close the vent valve (part 20) and introduce the
liquid to be nebulized by using the funnel (part 4). First introduce the water then
the detergent. The quantity of liquid must not exceed the maximum level
indicated on the tank near the external hose (part 25).
Replace the cap and screw tight (part 2)
Connect the nebulizer to the compressed air source through the relevant
connection (part 6). Use the knob of the pressure regulator (part 7) to regulate
the pressure between 5 and 6 bar;
When the foam nebulizer has reached the operating pressure (5-6 bar) open the
tap dispenser (part 10) and operate the lance (at this stage only liquid will be
dispensed);
Remember that the machine must always be connected to the compressed air
source during use;
At this point open the other tap dispenser (part 14);
Press the trigger of the handle (part 36) and operate the two taps until the
required foam effect is obtained,
spray the liquid in a uniform way from low to high (FIG. 1);
if the tank still contains liquid but the pressure is not sufficient to nebulize it
repeat point 2
if the tank is empty of liquid repeat point 1
2. PRESSURISING THE TANK AND DISPENSING THE LIQUID
In the nebulizer there is a safety valve (part 9 for the nebulizer, part 17
for the foam nebulizer) that is designed to discharge pressure if the
loading of the tank with compressed air exceeds 8 bar
