Inspection Manual
This manual describes the details of "Daily Inspection" and "Periodic Inspection" required to use Combi Baby Keep Slim
safely and comfortably. Follow the contents of this manual and make sure to carry out daily or weekly inspection and pe-
riodic inspection every year correctly.
Daily inspections are carried out by visual and touch.If any abnormality is found
in the inspection, use a tool to perform the inspection depending on the case.
Daily inspection should be carried out daily or weekly. Inspections are done by visual and touch.
If any abnormality is found in the inspection, use a tool to perform the inspection depending on the point.
● If any abnormalities are found during inspection, stop using the product and contact your dealer to request repair.
Warning
Carry out daily inspection and periodic inspection once a year to ensure safety. Failure to do so may cause an injury or seri-
ous accident caused by undiscovered deterioration or damage to the product.

Do not use the power tool when fasten-
ing the product. Make sure to tighten by
hand and do not use the power tool.
Any use of the power tool may result in
damage to the plastic part.
Required Tools
Prepare the following tools.
Caution
Each part is inspected every year using a tool.
As a result of the inspection, parts may need to be replaced.
*The stock period of the repair parts is 5 years after the final production.
Daily Inspection
A. Checking the Appearance
Common for Combi Baby Keep SlimF62/W62/W65 for train. (Below diagram is Combi Baby Keep Slim F62)

Looseness of the Guard
Confirm that there is no looseness in
the guard after shaking the guard to
left and right.
Also, confirm that there is no loosness
in the guard after open and close the
guard several times.
After the periodic inspection, enter the inspection
date on the inspection sticker affixed to the lower
cover.

After checking, assemble by the reverse procedure.
When assembling, use Phillips screwdriver No3 to make sure that main body fixing screws (8 locations) and lower
cover fixing screws (2 locations) are not missing or loosened.
After the assembly is completed, inspect it by referring to Daily Inspection (page 4).

flat-head screw driver to
remove the plastic caps (2 pcs),
then use a Phillips screwdriver
No3 to remove the lower cover
fixing screws (2 locations ) and
remove the lower cover.
*To disassemble the back
cushion, refer to "Back
Cushion Replacement
Procedure" on back cover.
