the wheelchair including the attendant(s).

Columbia Medical products are specifi cally designed and manufactured for use in 

conjunction with Columbia Medical accessories. Accessories designed by other 
manufacturers have not been tested by Columbia Medical and are not recommended for 
use with Columbia Medical products.

Compatibility of non Columbia Medical products is the responsibility of the user in 

conjunction with his/her healthcare professional.
