3.3. Con nec tion to a Pneu matic Con veying Sys tem
Your dry ing fa cil ity works best in com bi na tion with a pneu matic con vey ing sys -
tem. In this way, your dry ing hop per will al ways be sup plied with suf fi cient ma te -
rial.
The fa cil ity will only take as much ma te rial as is re quired by the pro cess ing ma -
chines. There fore, the dry ing re sult will al ways be the same.
Colortronic dry ing hop pers are equipped with a suit able flange for add ing a
Colortronic pneu matic con veyor.
Suc tion boxes with suc tion tubes
can be sup plied as well (op tional).
These suc tion boxes are
developped spe cif i cally for this
type of hop per. They pre vent dust
and dirt par ti cles from be ing drawn
in from the at mo sphere.
The load ing of the con vey ing line is
re duced by clos ing the ro tary vane
(op tional). The load ing is in -
creased by open ing.
