Cleaning the Print head
The manufacturer suggests cleaning the print head every time you change the
ribbon to keep the print quality optimal and to increase the life of the print head.
*** CAUTION***
The print head may be hot and could cause severe burns. Allow the
print head to cool for 5 minutes before cleaning.
How to clean the print head: You can use the cleaning pen provided
with the printer or you can use cotton swabs and 90% isopropyl
alcohol. The print head element is located on the underside of the
print head above the yellow strip with arrows pointing up.
Swab the print head from end to end.
