OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
HOLDING THE RECIPROCATING SAW
• Place blade and shoe lightly against work
to be cut.
• Switch on saw motor and allow it to
obtain maximum speed before applying
pressure.
• Always hold saw firmly with both hands
while cutting as shown in
figure D
.
Whenever possible, the saw shoe must be
held firmly against the material being cut.
This will prevent the saw from jumping
or vibrating and will minimize blade
breakage.

WARNING
Make certain the lock-off button is engaged to prevent switch actuation before removing
or installing battery.
WARNING
Always use proper eye protection that
conforms to ANSI Z87.1 (CAN/CSA
Z94.3) while operating this power tool.
TO INSTALL BATTERY PACK:
Insert battery pack into tool until an audible
click is heard

. Make sure battery
pack is fully seated and fully latched into
position.
TO REMOVE BATTERY PACK:
Depress the battery release button and pull
battery pack out of tool
