Safety
• This product may only be used outdoors in dry weather and never left unattended.
• Take the product indoors in the event of rain and after use.
• This product must not be used by anyone (including children) suffering from
physical or mental impairment. This product should not be used by anyone that
has not read the instruction manual unless they have been instructed in its use by
someone who will take responsibility for their safety.
• Make sure the heater is correctly mounted and connected to an earthed 230 V,
50 Hz wall outlet before turning it on.
• The heater becomes very hot during use and will remain so for a while, even after
being switched off.
• Never cover the heater when it is in use.
• Avoid subjecting the heater to knocks and blows.
• Repairs to the heater must only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
•
If the mains lead is damaged it must be replaced by a qualified electrician.
• Never use the heater with a timer or other device that automatically turns on
the heater.
• Never let children play with the heater.
• The product is only intended for domestic use and only used in the manner that is
described in the instruction manual.
• Never use the heater in the near vicinity of baths, showers or pools.
• Never use the heater for drying clothes, towels, etc.
• Never use the heater as a source of heat in a sauna.
• Never use the heater as replacement for radiators or other indoor heat sources for
warming your residence.
• Never use the heater for keeping pets warm or for hatching eggs.
Assembly
Note:
The heater must have a minimum distance of 1.8 m above the floor and at least
50 cm from other objects or walls.
Note:
Ensure the surface that you intend to mount the heater on can bear the weight
of the heater.
Note:
Ensure that there is no water pipe or electrical wiring in the wall into which you
intend to drill or screw.
