Installation and start

FastMash Basic

Cold water connection; 

 with a connection  tube (1/2” R  internal thread, enclosed.

Consumption of current: 2, 2 Kw

1.

Locate the machine on a flat level and water proof surface.

2.

Ensure free circulation of air behind the machine (approximately 10 cm).

3.

Connect to cold water feed with connection tube supplied.

     A shut off tap must be assembled.

 (1/2” R with external thread)

.

4.

Connect the plug to a separate earthed wall socket 

230V,10 A

5.

Open the door and turn on the switch.

 

The machine will now

automatically filling up 5,0 litre of water and will start heating when
the water rushing noise stops.
Pre-set temp is. 85

 °C.

6. Add (mash) concentrate to the canister.

7.

The machine is ready to use after approx 15 minutes.

Do not serve mash before water have the right serving temperature, 85 °C!

NOTE!
Check that chute from the canister will be in close contact with steam trap.

Operation

1. Place the stainless bracket (for mash trough) on the two fixing screws at machines front.
2. Put a mash trough in bracket.
3. Push button at left side for full portion, 180-200 gram ready-mixed mash.

Note! If no mash is coming! Do not push button again. Open door and clean mixer system.

N.B.!
To further guarantee reliability of service at machine. We recommend that a flushing of
machines mixer system shall be done 5 - 10 times every day or after each taken 10:e portion.
- Put a cup under the outlet.
- Push down button (”skölj”) in 2 - 3 seconds.
